qt3-win: cannot compile with mingw

'/bin/sh:' -> You have cygwin make in your path - remove all of them and
all should work fine.

gmane: can be - kde-cygwin is stopped and we just use this list because
everybody knows this list. Maybe better use the sf.net mailing list from
sf.net/projects/qtwin
