Hi all,

on
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/kde-cygwin/scribus-1.2cvs-cygwin-2004-10-23.diff?download
there are the cygwin related patches.

It fixes the following issues:
1. building a shared library containing mostly scribus stuff, used by plugins
and the scribus application to prevent unresolved symbols (unresolved symbols
are not possible under windows)
2. fixes shared library extension

Additional under windows I would suggest to use QLibrary for dynamic shread
library loading od dlopen, because QLibray is a qt build in function, while
dlopen isn't supported by default on windows.

Regards
Ralf

Ralf, anyone? I'm not qualified to answer this even though I care deeply
about it... :)

Hi

As you will have read, we are pushing to get 1.2.2 sorted ASAP. Are
there any required patches for 1.2.2 that the Mac and Windows (via
cygwin) builders have that we can and have not yet included in CVS?

thanks
Craig
