[PATCH] once more for configure

Ok, here once more a small patch for configure. It now checks for
existing QTDIR environment var, $(QTDIR) and $(QTDIR)/src/styles to
avoid crashes when directory doesn't exist - you can prove that by
simply calling current configure.exe from other location than $(QTDIR) :)
