[PATCH] mostly for configure and qmake

Ok, here the patch to reimplement the 'fast' configure option. Also I've
formated the output of ./configure -help, the available styles are now
taken from plugins/src/styles instead hard coded and
options.install_prefix is set to QTDIR instead to QDir::currentDirPath().
