This file is needed only for MinGW and should be in qtmain.lib. It isn't
~ there because I haven't tested to compile an application (qt 3.3) with
MinGW (gcc is so slooooooow) and so I didn't noticed that it was missing.
Normally only this must go into qtmain.pro (see also Qt 3.1 - branch):

win32-g++ {
	SOURCES += ../mkspecs/win32-g++/qtcrtentrypoint.cpp
}

Maybe use $(QTDIR) instead ../
