[PATCH] Various small patches

Here a a few small patches.

qwindowdefs_win.h:
- -formated with astyle
- -comments for qWinAppInst, qWinAppPrevInst, qWinAppCmdShow and
qt_display_dc. qt_display_rc is usefull to avoid "hdc = GetDC(0) ...
ReleaseDC(0,hdc)" - operations.

qlibrary_win.cpp:
- -formated with astyle
- -fixed bug in loadLibrary which was introduced by my last unicode-change

qapplication_win.cpp
- -implemented functions from qwindowdefs_win.h

qclipboard_win.cpp
- -removed some x11-code which was commented out
- -return false for ownsSelection/supportSelection
- -implemented ownsClipboard()

qcolor_win.cpp
- -implemented maxColors() and numBitPlanes()
- -this was a good place to use qt_display_dc() instead Get/ReleaseDC :)
