KDiff3 with Qt3/Win32 basically works

The first screenshot demonstrates that the basic operation is possible.
But you have to imagine the disabled icons in the buttonbar and the corrupted 
window caption of the dialog is also visible.

The second screenshot shows that selecting Courier New as font has no effect.
