Error in the build system

Hi,


   I've just did a clean check out of the cvs, and while trying to compile I
noticed a conceptual error in all of the *.bat files.

   They try to build qmake before running configure. It's not supposed to do
that. Instead, configure should build qmake. The reason is quite simple:
configure.exe will generate qconfig.cpp which is required to build qmake.
