Get running 3_3_BRANCH

Hello

I'm currently trying to compile 3.3 - Branch with mingw and it looks ok.
I'll send the patches to Ralf when I'm ready. How far is the merge from
3.1? I'm missing especially some qmake-patches for borland which aren't
in the official qmake.
What else interesting do I have to know? You seemed to have some unicode
problems? The crash with data->bits was imho my fault, but I only could
reproduce this while debugging with msvc. Is this fixed now?
