qpainte_win and font

Patches:

1. qlasterror in qappplication_win:
    - with marco STOP_EXECUTION_IN_QLASTERROR_BY_MESSAGE_WINDOW
    - removed additional \n in messages

2. small font-qdebug patches

3. very important patch in qpainter_win.cpp (compared with _x11)

4. qwidget_win: moved unnecessary command into the #ifdef
    and compared code with _x11 version


Is anonymous cvs really so slow: the changes of Friday are until now
(13:30 Sunday) not available?
