[PATCH] for qwdiget_win

Here a patch for qwidget_win. It removes useless code from former
qwidget_x11.cpp and adds functionality for QWidget::windowOpacity(),
QWidget::setWindowOpacity() and QWidget::setWindowState().
setWindowOpacity() is from SIM-Icq transparent plugin. setWindowState is
mostly from qwidget_x11.
There are also some style changes because of astyle indentation...
I'm currently looking for a small issue in internalSetGeometry() - see
