Update website

Hi

Since now Qt 3.3.3 is working (and nearly all text is readable ;-) ), the
websites should get updated so people don't use the QT_WIN32_3_BRANCH
anymore. Also we should create new binaries. Maybe something like a press
release would also be nice. I tried to do this a few weeks ago but I'm not a
good writer ;-)
