Yes with gcc 3.3,

gcc 2.95 isn't longer supported by the cygwin community. Because of that we 
are using gcc 3.3.1 since qt3.2.3/x11 and now for qtwin-3.1. You should 
upgrade your gcc to last 3.3 release.
