Where is Perl in KDevelop 3.0.0b1 ?

Thanks for pointing this out. In 3.0.0-a8 the perl support was disabled, so
the binary release does not include it. Perl support is introduced in the
kdevelop 3.0.1 release.
Currently you have two choices:
1. Compile a recent kdevelop release for yourself (and send a link to this
list, so that we can release it.). You may inspect
http://kde-cygwin.sf.net/kde3/compiling.php for compile instructions. This
will be the best one, because more people will know how to compile and
release kde packages, which will increase the spreading of kde applications
for windows and the burden does not lay only on me. May be you are wondering,
but recently I'm the only one who is releasing kde applications.
2. Wait for the next release, which will need some time (probably after the
kde 3.2 release, which will be ready end of may)
Anyway, any suggestions or bugreport like this is welcome.
