Where is Perl in KDevelop 3.0.0b1 ?

The kde-cygwin kdevelop release is based on kdevelop 3.0.0-a8 and have all 
features of the related unix kdevelop release. You may take a look 
http://kdevelop.kde.org, if this release supports perl projects.
