KDE 3.1.4 problems on cygwin

Not remapall, rebaseall:
http://cygwin.com/cgi-bin2/package-cat.cgi?file=rebase%2Frebase-2.3-1&grep=rebaseall

As said on some enlage stuff, "it worked for me"
