inetutils package now in cygwin - WAS: Can't compile KDE app

libutils is integrated into the cygwin package sinse 1.3.2-26, so please don't 
install the inetutils package.

To resolve the missing library please run this command: 

ln -s libcygwin.a /usr/lib/libutil.a
