KDE 3.1.4 startup error: unable to remap cygz.dll

Hi

I am new to cygwin. I am using WindowsXP Professional and got the recent cygwin
(1.5.8.1) installed. Then I installed kde-3.1.4. When I tried to start kde
session, I get the remap error. The cygwin release I am using is newer than the
one available in `kde-cygwin`. Could anyone help me in getting rid of this 
problem.

The crux of the problem is

C:\cygwin\opt\kde3\bin\kdeinit.exe (3716): *** unable to remap C:\cygwin\bin\cyg
z.dll to same address as parent(0xD30000) != 0xD40000
