QT3-win32 msvc support

When will this patch get into cvs?
Also after qmake created the Makefiles, the same old nmake error
occours... but it seems to be a unix <-> windows lineendings related
problem since it goes away after converting qt-3\Makefile to dos
format. Does anybody know how I can set up TortoiseCVS  to convert
such files automatically?
