QT3-win32 msvc support

I've just seen that some paths in the Makefile are hardcoded to
C:\Programme\qt-win-3.3.1 ...
When I correct the paths, qmake gets compiled (At least msvc++ does
something...)

Sorry that I haven't seen this earlier... can you correct this somehow
(since QTDIR is set, maybe use %QTDIR. Dunno know if this works...)
