QT3-win32 msvc support

I'm following the steps like described (with QT_WIN32_3_BRANCH), but after
"configure.bat -debug" I get an error in qt-3/qmake... configure.exe
output looks ok (paths and qmakespec are correct)
It looks like the Makefile is corrupt (Makefile date: 03.07.04 / 13:29):

and because qmake isn't built, I can't continue.
I've also tried with MinGW (mingw32-make -f Makefile.win32-g++). I can
compile qmake after a few source code corrections, but then qmake
segfaults. Because of this I wanted to try with msvc++ first.
