kde-cygwin in fullscreen

Hello,
 
Please excuse my poor english.
 
I've recently install KDE for Cygwin on my IBM T-30 Laptop and it works perfectly.
 
The only thing I want to know (and I don't find the answer on the web site) is if there is a way to start KDE in a real fullscreen mode, whitout the windows tool bar at the bottom. I tried many options like "startx -rootless &" and no option start in a complete full screen mode. Is there a solution to that?
