yes

yes currently printer dialog does not work, but seems to be fixable, I haven't 
take a look.

Probably yes, but I haven't tried. Currently there msvc 6 support and there 
are plans to support the free visual studio tools von ms (see other mails). 
Anybody is invited to submit additional compiler support.
