Qt-3/Win32 linking errors, but recovered.

I have currently no idea if this is a nmake or qmake problem. 
I had fixed this problem by a second configuring 
.. 

del bin\qmake.exe 
cd qmake 
nmake clear 
nmake 

bin\configure
