installation problems

I used the cygwin net installer for installing KDE 3. I followed all the 
direction on this page

http://kde-cygwin.sourceforge.net/kde3/installation.php

I am getting these errors when i start with any of the three startx options 
Start kde in a separate X-server Window 
startx &

Start kde without a window border 
startx -rootless &

Start each kde application as native win32 window 
startx -multiwindow &
kreadconfig.exe- Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point _ZN11QStringData10deleteSelfEv could not be located 
in the dynamic 
link library cygqt-mt-3.dll.
and....
ksplash.exe- Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point _zn11QDataStreamC1e9QMemArrayIcEi could not be 
located in the dynamic link 
library cygqt-mt-3.dll.
 
and...
kdeinit.exe-Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point _Z7qstrdupPKc could not be located in the dynamic 
link library 
cygqt-mt-3.dll.
and...
ksmserver.exe- Entry Point Not Found 
The procedure entry point _Z11qt_xdisplayv could not be located in the 
dynamic link library 
cygqt-mt-3.dll.
and...

kde-config.exe-Entry Point Not Found 
The procedure entry point _zn11QstringData10DeleteSelfEV could not be located 
int he dynamic link library cygqt-mt-3.dll.
