Copying/Pasting In and Out of QLineEdit

Hi,

When using a QLineEdit, any text typed or displayed on a QLineEdit and
attempts to copy and paste out of the app on, say notepad, fails. And
then text outside the app, example, copied from notepad then paste
onto the QLineEdit in the app shows a series of boxes instead..is this
a known bug? Or am I doing something wrong?
