makefiles-borland in link_includes, configure

The borland makefiles in misc/link_includes and misc/configure have MacOS 
line breaks. Borland's tools do not like this very well. In the attachment 
are the files with DOS/Win linebreaks.


PS: The last check ins have also files that use MacOS line breaks.
