I don't think this is needed and useful since you can subscribe to the
commit-list lists and see all checkins. And if you really need a patch
you can simply get them from there and apply them, but I doubt that
there are real important patches which can't wait 5 hours.
In my last project 25 developers had cvs access, mostly because of i18n,
but only 2 or 3 really needed them. After a while some people asked me
why development is soo slow with that much devlopers...
Also Ralf has to check all patches before commiting so I have no real
advantage of devloper cvs-access.
