AW: Qt3/Win32 on gcc3

Hi,

compiling qt3 with gcc3.[23] is currently supported only by a patched ld,
which could be downloaded from
http://cygwin.kde.org/snapshots/ld-gcc3-const-var-patch.tar.bz2.

Download this file and unpack in your cygwin root dir. Then recompile your
qt applications like uic.


There is a process in work to implement this in the offical ld, but this
hasn't finished yet.
