Qt3/Win32 - Question

Hello

I just wanted to know how far this project is. I wanted to test it, but I
can't find any source-download. Is it possible to provide such a download
because anonymous cvs is very slow. What are the main things to do atm? And why
won't it compile with gcc 3.x?
