KDE3 startup error

Hi,

I'm a new user trying to run KDE/Cygwin, and made sure I installed the
necessary extra modules for cygwin. When I try to start KDE through the
start menu, it hangs while "Initializing system services" (step 2 in the gui
startup splash), with the following verbose output in the DOS window. Any
help/insights would be appreciated.
