problems with cygwin/kde startx

I installed KDE 2.2 as mentioned in http://kde-cygwin.sourceforge.net/kde2/postinstall.php

But after doing the post install setup, I am getting these messages after i do a startx

konqueror: Command not found
moc: command not found
cp: cannot create directory '/home/Administrator/.kde2/share': No such file or directory
(4 times)

[: ==: unknown operand
lnusertemp: not found
lnusertemp: not found
kdeinit: not found
knotify: not found
ksmserver: not found
exec: kdeinit_shutdown: not found
Waiting for X server to shut down


what could have gone wrong?
I have installed it on cygwin/xfree86 with all the packages mentioned in the install manual.
