Hi Arno,

please check if you have mounted all your cygwin drive in binmode. You can
find a howto in the README.txt file of the KDE 3.1.1 beta 1 release.

If this does help, make sure, you are running KDE with the user with which
you have it installed. The kde 3.1.1 beta 1 update 1 may help in this issue,
so please try it.
