I am up and running ...$USER error. Thanks for the tips & advice. (I'll send logs instead of a screenshot at 53KB) I was trying to set my home to C:\Cygwin instead of $HOME/$USER like I did years ago with Cygwin b20 to make Xemacs work. Something so simple can really mess with scripts. :) Your time is truly appreciated, thanks again. Pam
