cygwin getlogin_r() is missing

I have tried and it seems to work.  One question: Are you the writer of the
stuff or do you have got this from somebody else ?
I'm asking because the cygiwn guys ask for this. Currently we have one person,
who is allowed to contribute to the cygwin dll.

Chris what do you say to this solution ?
