cygwin getlogin_r() is missing

Hi,

while compiling the threaded version of qt-3, if found that the function
getlogin_r() is missing in recent cygwin releases. This function is needed by
src/dialogs/qfiledialogs.cpp

Is anyone there, how is willing to contribute such a function the the cygwin
library ?
