qt 3.1 port planing

Hi all,

in the last days if have imported the recent qt3.1 sources from anoncvs.kde.org
(head on branch 1.1.1, tag qt_3_1_rc1)
This is a preparation for a qt-3.1 threaded binary release, which is nesessary
for a cygwin kde 3.x release.
(I have tried using qt 3.0.4 for kde3, but it fails).

Currently I have checked out the qt-3 main trunk, have merged in the differences
from  qt_3_1_0_rc1: 1.1.1.3 and  qt_3_0_4: 1.1.1.2 and have started patching.

If someone like to join this task (or will take this task) let me know.
