[kde-cygwin - Help] No menu, control panel items, or services?

I've gotten KDE2 to run (w/ the rebase cygkdeui-3.dll trick), however I have
now menu items or anything listed when I run KControl.  Additionally, KFM won't
run because in bash it states the kfm.desktop service can't be found.

It seems that KDE doesn't know where /opt/kde2/share is located.  I have set
all the shell variables correctly and installed all the updates.

I'm running a fresh copy of Cygwin 1.3.9 w/ Xfree 4.2.0 under WinXP Pro.
