Hmm, this problem is caused by a forking problem with the cygwin1.dll and may
be solved by rebasing dll's with the rebase tool from the kde-cygwin download
area.

At first make a list of all dlls with rebase -l /opt/kde2/bin/*.dll and send
it to the list to get furhter instructions or try for your own rebasing the
dll cygkdeui-3.dll to another base address using rebase -b 0x....... utitility.
