problem to start kde on cygwin

Thanks Ralf for the tip. It brought me trough the first step :)

But, ... I still can't start KDE though
If I continue the procedure I get the following on my console:

While a small error window opens complaining about a required dll file, cygkssl-2.dll, was not
found

Any idea ?
