problem to start kde on cygwin

I have windows ME on which I installed cygwin and XFree without problem by following the
instructions.
I can therefore start an X windows session with twm
I then tried to install kde but I cannot succeed to start it
If I follow the FAQ and decompose my problem it goes as follow:
X -screen 0 1024x768x16 &
execute without problem and start an Xwindows
If I try to start
dcopserver --nosid
I get the following error message in a window called "Error Starting Program"
>> The QT-2-3.DLL file is linked to missing export CYGZ.DLL:uncompress
On my console I get
BASH /opt/kde2/bin/dcopserver: Permission denied
