Hello,

I have just installed cygwin under windows XP and am trying to get KDE 
to work rather than twm (which work fine). When I try to start KDE using 
the startx command having set the appropriate lines in .xinitrc and 
.xserverrc I get the message that it cannot locat the file cygjpeg6b.dll
and reinstalling the application may help.

Does anyone know what provides this file? Indeed it is not anywhere on 
my system but I have installed all the \recommended packages to get kde 
to work (qt, kdelibs + more).
