changed templates for qt2 and kde2 to make use of uic,
check in configure; added docu about designer, fixed
appwizard to set $(LIB_KSOMETHING) instead of
-lksomething for KDE 2 templates, otherwise a crash
occurs when inheriting KMainWindow
