Translations currently locked

Hi all,

The following is a reminder to all translators that the SVN repository
where these are all committed to is currently locked to allow for
maintenance to the translation infrastructure.

As such, please do not file Sysadmin tickets requesting karma/access,
as we will not be able to provide it to you (as the repository has
been locked at the request of the overall translation infrastructure
maintainers).
