Phabricator Updated

Hi all,

I've now completed updating Phabricator to the latest stable release.

This update includes among other things, a new search backend
(Ferret), support for Globally Saving Queries and a pile of various
bug fixes and other polishing work.

Those interested in the exact changes can read Weeks 30 to 37 at
https://secure.phabricator.com/w/changelog/

As a consequence of the new search backend, a full reindex is required
which I have now initiated. During this time Phabricator may perform
slower than usual, with git.kde.org, git.neon.kde.org and svn.kde.org
also affected (as they're on the same machine).

If you have previously saved queries in Phabricator with specific
search terms you may need to update them before they can be used again
due to changes in how those are stored.

Should you have any issues please let us know.

Regards,
Ben Cooksley
