To help our promo people write a nice announcement, please fill in the new 
things for this feature for your app in

If you have any reason of why we should not release KDE Applications 16.04
please contact release-team as soon as possible.

If you have to update program version numbers, library abi numbers, bugzilla 
program version numbers or stuff like that, please do it as soon as possible.
