let the promo people know so they can tell the world.

If you have any reason of why we should not release KDE Applications 14.12 
please contact the release-team as soon as possible.

If you have to update program version numbers, library abi numbers, bugzilla 
program version numbers or stuff like that, please do it as soon as possible.
