[Kde-cvs-announce] Two tags this week

Remember this week we have two tags:
 * November 5: KDE Applications 14.12 Beta 1
 * November 6: KDE Applications 4.14.3

The KDE Applications 14.12 Beta 1 version name of the tarballs will be 
14.11.80 but you are free to use your own version number "14.12" is just the 
version number of the collection.
