[Kde-cvs-announce] KDE/4.13 is done --- 4.14 beta 2 (4.13.90) tagging on July 16 (tomorrow)

Hi all, with 4.13.3 we've closed the stable releases of 4.13

We should now focus now in 4.14 bugfixing.

Also remember that this wednesday(tomorrow) we will be tagging 4.14 beta 2 
(4.13.90) you can increase version numbers, and all that things you do before 
a release.
