[Kde-cvs-announce] KDE/4.12 is done --- 4.13.1 tagging on May 8

Hi all, with 4.12.5 we've closed the stable releases of 4.12. We should now 
focus now in 4.13 bugfixing and master for 4.14 features (for those that are 
part of the 4.13 cycle)

Also remember that this thursday we will be tagging 4.13.1 so you can increase 
version numbers, and all that things you do before a release.
